Are you excited about the Super Bowl? The match-up. The commercials, the half time show, all of the cooking and preparation……. Ok, so maybe not the cooking part. How about letting the St. Elizabeth's Knights of Columbus do the cooking so that you can concentrate on the fun stuff?
Under the watchful eye of Pit Master Larry Koch, the St. Elizabeth's Knights of Columbus will be up all night smoking ribs for Super Bowl Sunday. Ribs will be available by advance order only and will cost $21.00 per slab or two slabs for $40.00.
Those who order by January 27, 2012 can pick up their ribs at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 1653 113th. St. NW in Grove, OK on Super Bowl Sunday February 5, 2012 between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The ribs are wrapped warm in foil, ready to pop in your oven for the final warm-up in time for the half-time show.
